Job Duties Include but not limited too:

• The proper candidate must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Follows up with facility rules and expectations, helps clients comply with contracts.
• Ensure the housing facility is clean at all times
• Organizes Westwind Recovery's cleaning supplies and materials.
• "Observe and Report" for overall client care.
• Communicates effectively to Housing Supervisor, Director of Operations about Support Staff competency and completion of job duties and responsibilities.
• Assisting and transporting clients to doctors appointments, other appointments, lab etc.
• Responsible for client outings, activities, and fun. Ensuring that all clients are safe during these events
• Responsible for Client intakes
• Responsible for the upkeep of all Westwind vehicles including cleanliness, oil change, tire pressure. Ensuring the vehicle is safe to transport clients in
• Maintaining the grocery shopping budget, saving and logging all receipts for credit cards. Staying with in budget as needed.
• Upkeep cleanliness for all sober living facilities, doing a daily walk through of all houses while on shift to ensure they are clean and up to par.
• Be present on Crew app while on shift and help housing managers as needed.Orientation of clients to program rules
• Support client treatment goals as identified by the treatment team
• Maintain professional boundaries at all times
